- Technical inability to complete project
- Breach of service agreement from our end

- Consultation fees
- Custom development work completed
- Third-party licenses or purchases
- Server setup and configuration fees

- Include order/project details and reason
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method

- Technical issues will be addressed through our support system
