    PROJECT CANCELLATION
  • 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable due to resource allocation
  • Cancellation before project completion: refund prorated based on work completed
  • Post-delivery cancellation: no refund applicable
    MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
  • Monthly plans: no partial refunds for current month
  • Annual plans: prorated refund minus months used
  • Service termination requires 30-day notice
    REFUND ELIGIBILITY: Refunds may be considered in cases of:
  • Service not delivered as specified in agreement
  • Technical inability to complete project
  • Breach of service agreement from our end
    NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
  • Consultation fees
  • Custom development work completed
  • Third-party licenses or purchases
  • Server setup and configuration fees
    REFUND PROCESS
  • Submit refund request via email
  • Include order/project details and reason
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
    DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • Technical issues will be addressed through our support system
  • Payment disputes handled via direct communication
